DIGIPAK Eg. 1: Ignacio Fernandez - Buscare

The first point to make about the digipak is the bright contrasting colours on the front of the case. The reds, oranges and yellows give the pack a distinctive spanish theme related to the artist as well as connotations of sun and warmth. The guitar he is holding is coloured bright yellow, however the man holding it has been made sepia in order to make the guitar stand out. The words on the front also stand out against the white background in red and orange.

On the inside of the pack there is a brown paper like texture to the design. The song names line the inside of the pack on the right along with details about vocals, guitar and percussion players as well as things like the producers at the bottom. On the right side there are lyrics to 3 different songs and a picture of 3 band members looking out into the distance. All of the text is in spanish which gives a clear indication of the target audience to this product. On the outside of the right fold there is a picture of Ignacio standing with the guitar case and a white shirt against the same paper brown background as before.

On the edge of the sleeve there is detail of the record company 'CM Records' as well as the CM records logo. The artist and album are also noted along with the number of record. On the back of the case there is a lost of al of the songs as well as the length of the track. The pack also includes a video clip playable on Pc and Mac. There is also detail about the artist and the style of music and genre he plays, again in spanish. At the bottom of the pack there is information about the different instrument players. It also includes record label, CD type and a bar code.

There is also a link to a website in the bottom left hand corner making it easy for fans to find out further information about the artists. There is also copyright information in a small font at the bottom of the pack at the back. The digipak overall is aesthetically pleasing and is very eye catching to someone looking to purchase it due to the colours on the album.
